The concept of chai adda or "Tea Room" took centre stage in our country for many years with discussions on life society and politics happening over chai. It was a place that brought together the young and old rich and not-so-well to do. A kadak chai and samosa shared after work an irani chai with bun maska over meeting a prospective life partner or a hot adrak chai in the morning to wake you up - chai was a part of every social setting for us. Yet somewhere along the line this rich heritage of chai addas was lost and "Chaa" took a backseat - taken over by the multinational coffee chains suddenly chai was no longer the beverage that we bonded over. Chaayos was born in November 2012 out of this premise - a contemporary interpretation of the chai adda serving freshly made chai. Our focus is on serving your "Meri Wali Chai" a chai made exactly to our customers' liking the minute they place their order - be it an adrak tulsi kadak chai or a paani kam elaichi cinnamon chai. Our option of 12 add-ons gives our customers a total of over 12000 ways to make their chai at Chaayos.
How to Redeem:
 
1. The E-Voucher is delivered on your mobile as SMS and EMAIL.
2. The email and SMS contains the E-Voucher code. 
3. No physical voucher is couriered or required. 
4. Visit the restaurant as per your Gift Voucher!!
5. Inform the cashier about the Gift Voucher before ordering food.
6. Order your food and provide the Gift Voucher to the cashier at the time of billing & pay remaining amount by card or cash if any. 
7. Validity: The E-Voucher is valid for minimum 6 months from the date of issue of voucher.
 
Important Instructions:
 
1. Gift Voucher CAN only be used at listed Chaayos outlets.
2. Multiple Gift Vouchers CAN be used in one bill.
3. Gift Voucher CANNOT be used online.
4. Gift Voucher CAN be clubbed with on-going promotions/offers. 
 
 Terms and Conditions:
 
1. This is a Chaayos Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) and would be accepted at listed Chaayos Stores only.
2. For outlet list please visit www.gyftr.com/chaaayos The person who has the Chaayos GV / GC Code is deemed to be the beneficiary. 
3. Do inform the cashier that you plan to use the GV / GC for making payments before billing.
4. More than one GV / GC can be used in one bill.
5. This is not applicable on Chaayos Home Delivery.
6. This is a ONE time use GV / GC. No Credit note / Refund for the unused amount of the GV / GC will be given.
7. Chaayos GV / GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired.
8. Chaayos GV / GC can be clubbed with on-going promotions.
9. Chaayos GV / GC cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates.
10. Chaayos may add or delete any date on its sole discretion. 
11. Any dispute related to the GV / GC should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. 
12. Chaayos makes full efforts to accept Insta Gift Vouchers (GV) / Gift Card (GC) but on account of any technical reasons GV / GC may not be redeemed. 
13. If an Insta Gift Voucher (GV) /Gift Card (GC) gets blocked on account of technical issue it would get enabled in 72 hours.
