The return process is as listed below:
- Member writes to email@example.com mentioning the Order No & Product Code or member calls easyrewardz customer care at +918470003279.
- Easyrewardz will arrange for a pick-up of the article (75% of our returns are picked by us!!)
o Member has to ship the article to Contact Us address mentioned in the Order.
o Easyrewardz customer care will confirm on email, the receipt of the article.
o If easyrewardz accepts there turn (hence replacement shipped or amount refunded), then the member is compensated with an easy code of 250 Easypoints.
- Easyrewardz customer care will inform the member within 3 days of receipt if the article can be returned & replacement shipped or returned & amount refunded or return not accepted & will be reshipped.
- Refunds will be processed as easy codes. Easy codes can be claimed to easypoints on easyrewardz & spent on shopping offline or online.
