1. e-Gift Voucher is redeemable at stores (Mainland China, Asia Kitchen By Mainland China, Oh! Calcutta, Sigree Restaurant, Sigree Global Grill, Jungle Safari, Flame & Grill, Café Mezzuna, Sweet Bengal & Gong) with Offline redemption.
2. e-Gift Vouchers valid for 06 months from date of issue.
3. e-Gift Voucher cannot be en-cashed.
4. This is a one time use e-Gift Voucher, cannot be partially used. No refunds / credit note shall be issued for unused part of the e-Gift Voucher.
5. The Brand reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions.
6. No duplicate will be issued if this e-Gift Voucher is lost or misplaced.
7. Multiple e-Gift Vouchers can be clubbed in single billing.
8. e-Gift Voucher cannot  be used/clubbed with existing offers in store. 
9. e-Gift Voucher can be revalidated once expired. Will give extension for 3 months from the date of expiry.
10. Protect the e-Gift Voucher number and PIN to avoid misuse. Brand shall not assume any liability in case the e-Gift Voucher PIN gets stolen/compromised. Brand shall neither replace the e-Gift Voucher nor refund cash.
11. Do inform the cashier that you plan to use the e-Gift Voucher for making payments before billing.
12. Only the listed Speciality Restaurants outlets at its sole discretion accept the e-Gift Voucher.  Speciality Restaurants may add or remove an outlet without giving any prior notice.
13. Speciality Restaurants e-Gift Voucher is valid only on Food & Non-Alcoholic beverages.
14. Responsibility of Accentiv shall be limited only upto the delivery of e-Gift Voucher Code to the final customer.
15. Accentiv shall not be responsible for any misuse, theft, transfer, etc. occurred after delivery of the said e-Gift Voucher Code.

Steps to redeem

1. Visit the outlet near you.
2. Before making the purchase confirm about the acceptance of Gift Card at the store.
3. Choose the products you would like to buy.
4. Show your Gift Card details to the cashier at the time of billing & pay any balance amount by cash or card.
