1. Get the HealthifyMe app from the Apple App Store or Google Play for Android.
2. Sign up for HealthifyMe by providing your phone number or email address.
3. Enter your name, phone number, height, weight, and any pre-existing medical conditions.
4. Continue by entering First Food (Track Your Meal). Optional*
5. Decide which package you're interested in, then check out.
6. Click the tab for the discount coupon and enter the promotional code that you have received from Easyrewardz on the checkout screen.
7. Once the discount has been implemented, the user can finish checking out.
Terms and Conditions
This offer has been made solely and entirely by HealthifyMe (“Healthify”) to the customers of Easyrewardz.
1. Offer will be valid on all PRO plans except Pro Max plans
2. Offer will not be applicable on custom plans
3. Offer valid on subscriptions lasting three months or longer.
4. Offer will be valid in a Healthifyme serviceable city only
5. Offer cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offers
6. Other Healthifyme standard policies apply.
7. The Offer is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-encashable.
8. Participation in this offer is voluntary.
9. Any Customer eligible for the Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted
these terms and conditions of Healthifyme in relation to the Offer before availing the Offer.
Easyrewardz merely facilitates its Customers to avail the Offer and it is in no way concerned or
connected with the terms and conditions of Healthifyme.
10. Easyrewardz and Healthifyme reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without
assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and
conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this
offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
11. Easyrewardz and Healthifmey reserve the right to revoke the Offer if at any time it is believed that
the same is being misused or Offer terms and conditions are being violated.
12. Easyrewardz holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality, delivery or
otherwise of the goods and services offered by Healthifyme. Any issue or dispute or claim
arising out of or in relation to availing the benefits under the Offer must be resolved by the
Customer directly with Healthifyme by calling 1800 419 9501 without any reference to Easyrewardz.
13. The decision of Easyrewardz and Healthifyme in all matters in connection with and incidental to this
offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
14. Customers who fail to enter the coupon code or using the wrong coupon code shall not be
eligible to avail the Offer. Easyrewardz shall, in no way be liable in the event that the Customer fails
to enter the promo code or uses the wrong coupon code resulting in Customer becoming
ineligible to avail the Offer.
15. Easyrewardz shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or
inadequacy in the services rendered by Healthify its agents or representatives and the
Customer hereby understands, acknowledges and agrees not to hold the Easyrewardz responsible
or liable for, any losses, damages, costs, charges, expenses, claims (whether direct or
indirect), actions or demands suffered by the Customer in relation to availing the benefits
under the Offer.
16. Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Offer or
otherwise relating thereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent
courts / tribunals in Mumbai.
